Albert: Why is Albert worried?

Spirit: The research that he wants to do, he isn't able to find the steps to proceed

Albert: I do not see any path other than that of meditation. Are there other ways?

Spirit: Books

Albert: Spirituality or Science?

Spirit: Spirituality..... (Pause)...Spiritual science

Albert: But I want to experience things myself...

Spirit: Your coming here is an experience. Nothing can be done forcefully (jabardasti)...unintelligible

Albert: Can you repeat your name?

Spirit: Raquel

Albert: Have you had a past life in India?

Spirit: Never had a past life...Celestial Body...

Albert: Will Albert find meditation helpful in experiencing other dimensions?

Spirit: Albert himself has already experienced all this through meditation. It’s just that he is not accepting. That which you feel, accept it. When you will accept it then you will yourself understand that what you want to know you have already experienced. Just because you want something that doesn't mean you should lie to yourself that I haven't achieved it.

Albert: Now, in future what lesson is going to come for me?

Spirit: If one was suppose to be told the future to prepare for it, then a book of life would come.

Albert: those who achieve enlightenment, how is their after-life?

Spirit: After enlightenment you do not stay into a physical body, you do not even want to achieve a physical body. Either you become a spirit guide and help groups or else you in another world have your energy grow even further so that you can become a master form.

Albert: Energy keeps evolving?

Spirit: Energy ones created never dies, it keeps on growing.

Albert: Is there a message for Gurpreet (medium)?

Spirit: She should stop doubting, but she won't. This is also a lesson for her.

Albert: Why does energy gets low during a trance?

Spirit: Because a person who enters a trance is living consciously and when we do anything consciously then our energy decreases.

Albert: Would you speak on Gurpreet's dad's health?

Spirit: She knows what is to happen

Albert: What am I suppose to learn for a positive relationship?

Spirit: Self acceptance

Albert: When we are doing trance channeling, then does the same person comes through to help us, or different?

Spirit: Energy in source even if it goes to different dimensions, takes different forms but actually has the same base

Albert: So it means...the intelligence is connected to the oneness?

Spirit: Right

Albert: Means that it doesn't have beliefs and will of its own?

Spirit: What belief you have....is made up of influences. So here, when we are connected to the divine consciousness then we don't have a will power. Everything that is in the heart that is connected to us comes out. No influence sustains here.

Albert: Do you have a message for Pavan?

Spirit: Tell Pavan that he should not be afraid of uncertainties because that will happen anyway. Why should you fear that which you don't even know?

Albert: Pavan wants to know his connection to Gurpreet in a past life.

Spirit: It was an Indian birth. There was a lady in Bengal East. That lady had a child who was missing. There was a fisherman who saved the child. That was their past life.

Albert: Was the lady Gurpreet?

Spirit: No. The fisherman was Gurpreet.

Albert: And Pavan?

Spirit: He was the child. It was a short life for both. The fisherman was also very young. The baby was 72 months when he died. After 4 years of that incident the girl also died.

Albert: What is their purpose together in this life?

Spirit: When we meet someone then we have a karma attached to them. Even then they had saved each other, and now also they are saving/protecting each other. But they need to understand that to save each other they must first take care of their own self.

Albert: Is Gurpreet's energy alright at the moment?

Spirit: Gurpreet is floating

Albert: How is karma formed?

Spirit: You like a girl but she doesn't like you that way. If you expect her to behave the way you want but she doesn't react that way then a negative thought will generate in your mind, a negative energy will rise...that way you create a karma with that person....negative karma begins to be built. When you want something to happen according to you, the way you think...but you do not receive such from the front and you are not able to accept it...and you react to it then you create karma.

Albert: Is Albert receiving help in writing the book?

Spirit: Do you write at night?

Albert: Yes

Spirit: You do have a lot of messengers.

Albert: Can I communicate to the source energy myself?

Spirit: Do you believe that what you are doing is actually being done by you?

Albert: The influences and the conditioning lead us to do few things...

Spirit: Everything is done by that...

Albert: Does the source inspire us?

Spirit: Source is that which runs us

Albert: When we act unconsciously then conditioning is behind it? And when we act consciously then it is the source behind it...is it so?

Spirit: When we act consciously then we are driven by the influences of everyone, when we act unconsciously then there is no influence, then we are connected to the soul directly which is directly connected to the source

Albert: Pavan wants to know what his relationship with Damini was in the past life.

Spirit: Two people were very fond of a stone. Iran or Iraq had a dessert like area with volcanoes; there was a stone, an idol. Two people liked it and used to fight over it....during that time there was a saying that in the stone resides a 'soul'. It was Pavan who sorted out the conflict between the two people. And the person whom Pavan gave the stone to was his sister. And the sister was Damini. But the same stone lead to Pavan's death in that life.

Albert: What Karma have they brought into this life?

Spirit: In that lifetime Pavan had not forgiven. He believed that his sister was responsible for his death. He had loved his sister a lot. But it was an accident...but his conscious was not aware of the fact in that life, that it was an accident. He had believed that she had killed him. The karma remained in that energy as the body dissolved. They had had another life together after that one; it was amidst wolves.There Karma is going on since that time...

Albert: Is forgiveness their lesson?

Spirit: Forgiveness is but also of acceptance.

Albert: but the lesson of acceptance is for everyone...

Spirit: To accept that what we see and what we understand it is not necessarily the truth. Sometimes what we cannot see maybe the truth

Albert: Is Gurpreet's energy alright?

Spirit: her heart chakra is too open

Albert: Is it a bad thing?

Spirit: Her energies are connecting and they always do so through the heart chakra. Physically she feels pain in the heart.

Albert: At this time in trance is her energy getting low?

Spirit: No

Albert: I want to ask a question about materialization. Can spirit create solid which we can see with our eyes?

Spirit: Yes they can. About what is the question?

Albert: Coins and feathers are created...

Spirit: They do not create it...they direct the person to a place where a feather has fallen...and then give a thought that it is from us...Spirits or any other energy you can only feel when you are open enough...when you are linked to your emotions...coin may come in front of a person but her may not realize that it is from a relative or it is a memory of them. For that you need to be open emotionally.

Albert: Abraham Hicks has spoken on law of attraction...can you explain that...how we can create in life what we want to...

Spirit: About law of attraction...Abraham has perhaps spoken that if we...what we want in our life that we want to accept...if we with our consciousness...100 percent accept it in the virtual reality then it will also come into the physical reality. And law of attraction actually is this. When we sidetrack our doubts and negative energies, when we focus totally on that what we want, what we want to become, that which we want to experience, when our total focus is on that then it has no other way then to be there in the physical reality

Albert: does the universe support?

Spirit: Universe supports

Albert: even if it looks impossible?

Spirit: Nothing is impossible...you just need to keep your positive focus and attention on that thing…just a single negative thought can destroy the focus…and because we are so consciously awaken…on hearing other people’s talks we are influenced and when does the positive becomes negative we do not know….our universe works only then…actually it works all the time...but for the universe there are no negative thoughts..For it all is positive…when you say “I don’t want this”...it doesn’t know what is “not”…it sends the thing in your life because it believes that you want that thing…because that is why you are giving the energy to that thought…when you give energy to positive thoughts then although it takes time but It begins to come, to manifest…
Albert: We want to do some readings...is her energy in a state to be able to do 2, 3 readings?

Spirit: One reading we can do

Albert: Then after a break can we do?

Spirit: Hmm Hmm

Albert: We want to read for Pavan…he wants to know about his career

Spirit: A plant takes time to become a tree. But once it becomes a tree it never droops low and neither can it bend. Pavan’s career is similar. Pavan knows clearly what he wants to do…but he lives in doubts…he knows the steps and where to go but he stops himself because of negative influences…because of over thinking...even if the whole path is clearly in front of him still he stops himself…in the coming time we do not know what will happen and nor would we want to say what will happen...but from Pavan's energy that which we feel, which is already imprinted by his energy…that which he has created for himself is positive. There are two paths…it may appear that one is right and the other is wrong…but both paths will lead to the same destination. One is long and the other is short. He has to decide which one he would like to follow…Opportunities are in front…many…and what he wants is also happening but he should accept that that is happening.

Albert: He wants to know how his relationship with Damini will be in the coming time.

Spirit: Probably she will return but for a short period.

Albert: Not for marriage?

Spirit: Every person creates his own destiny. If he wants to create marriage with her then he can. But problems will not end there. Because since the lifetime where he felt that Damini had killed her, he has not forgiven, unconsciously, in his energy that is still there. When consciously and unconsciously he will forgive that energy in that life time, then in this lifetime the forgiveness will be accepted. And as soon as this happens their karma will end. There will be no longer be a need to be together

Albert: If they still want to be together then?

Spirit: Then new karma will be needed to be created. Damini will return, but what happened previously will happen again.

Albert: So he will need to heal himself and forgive her?

Spirit: he will have to heal himself and forgive himself that he kept a grudge within.

Albert: How can he let go of the grudge of which he isn’t even aware of?

Spirit: Unconsciously a lot is going on within you that you are not aware of. With time with people when you create relations with them, when your energy reacts with theirs then you gradually understand, even if you do not understand a question comes to your mind that why did we meet this person? How did we meet? In our mind we replay the first instance that when did this person come into our life? From where? Actually all this is created by your unconscious. You do not know everything held in your unconscious but if you forgive yourself for everything in your conscious and unconscious then you can dissolve your karma…not that every karma will be finished because that which you have given has to be received. But yes, you can heal yourself and move on.

Albert: When we heal ourselves, then do the good things happen miraculously?

Spirit: When you heal yourself then in life whatever blockages are built physically, mentally, emotionally all kinds of blockages that you have created, they begin to open. You are bound to think how it all happened? But because they have opened so you do not think that much, you start praising someone such as; this must be a god’s messenger who has done this. But actually it is you who has done that. So you must thank yourself that in your life you have chosen all this. If you were not present then this life wouldn’t have existed, all these experiences that you have brought for yourself, good ones and the bad ones. Nothing is bad because all that is just a lesson and lessons are always good.

Albert: when will Gurpreet channel akin to George-e-Anna channeled by Dianne Hearn?

Spirit: we will not come in that manner.

Albert: Anyone else will come?

Spirit: Gurpreet has a lot of messengers. And when her energy calls a particular person then that person comes. First of all she should understand whom to call. Secondly she should accept that she is capable of it which she doesn’t.

Albert: when she has accepted then will they come that way?

Spirit: She is a trance channeler. She will stay in a trance. She gets too conscious, consciously. So maybe at present her energy is not capable of physical trance. But with time, maybe this happens.

Albert: How is Gurpreet feeling at this moment?

Spirit: Her legs are numb. She wants to stand up.
